Holt deliberately incorporates variations in material and color to preserve the uniqueness of each piece of clothing. To preserve the quality of this product, it is recommended that all garments be exclusively dry cleaned.
Credit card processing takes approximately 2-3 business days. Processing order takes approximately 2-3 days. Merchandise is delivered upon receipt of payment.

UPS Shipping only; rates are estimated according to provided zip codes, not on average. Standard shipping is 3-5 days.
There may be additional costs for International shipping depending on destination. Cost will be calculated during checkout.
Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange/credit only. All returns must be approved. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" items; it is unable to be returned or exchanged and store credit will not be granted. "FINAL SALE" items include: All Handbags, Belts, Shoes, Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories as well as any SALE merchandise.
Allowable return items will be granted store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition with fourteen (14) days (within the US) and within twenty-one (21) days (outside of the US) of receipt of your purchase. A store credit will be granted, which will be good for one (1) year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Items received after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns; please note if return is to exchange for different size or color. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hang tags, etc., including the original invoice. Any items returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed will not be accepted.
